Very experienced wonderful
Amy was very responsive and accommodating. She had a plumber scheduled and at my house within an hour of first calling to repair a leaking backflow preventer. Josh, our plumber, called once he arrived and told me what was wrong and how he'd fix it. He went and got the parts and repaired the backflow. All in all, from the first phone call to Amy, to the last phone call from Josh, I think the process was less that 3 hours. Incredible service, incredible communication, and expert work. Thank you!
Todd and CJ came by when we had just been told it would cost almost $1K to "find a leak" by another plumbing company. Todd and CJ proceeded to quickly identify the problem without cutting into the ceiling and fix it for less than half what the other company quoted for. They really took care of us and we cannot recommend them strongly enough. They were fantastic. 5/5 stars and we will definitely call them if we have any other plumbing problems.
Josh is an incredible professional plumber who is an asset to General Plumbing. I only ask for Josh and only use Josh for all my plumbing needs.
