I had the absolute best experience! I called with my leak issue and they had someone out the next morning. I thought he was just coming to give a quote but the leak was fixed on the spot. I've never had an issue replacing or repairing the inner workings of a toilet tank, until recently. I spent nearly 3 days trying to fix something that was quite alien to me, never having seen what is inside one of our 3 toilet tanks. I did what I could, failing miserably and resigned myself to the fact that I needed a professional.
Checking out Plumbers in the area and reading dozens of reviews, I gave General Plumbing & Air Conditioning a call. The phone was answered by Sarah, a very impressive AI bot. I gave her all of my preliminary information and waited. It was late in the afternoon and I stated it was not an emergency. My return call came first thing the next morning from Candice, a lovely woman who was sympathetic to my problem and able to get me closer to a working toilet.
Just over an hour later, I had two technicians, Damian and Jossen, at my door ready to evaluate the problem with my toilet and the best way to fix it. An hour and a half later I once again had a fully flushable toilet with no leaks!
Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Service was fast, even though my problem was not an emergency. I will definitely call them again should I have any more plumbing needs that I can't handle myself.
