Update:
As it was time to renew the plumbing Maintenance Agreement with General Plumbing & Air Conditioning, I wanted to update this review. Due to dissatisfaction with their plumbing division (honesty of their Tech, and customer service), I am no longer using this Company. I previously noted in prior reviews that I highly recommend General but I no longer do. I switched to another company that was highly recommended to me and am extremely glad I did.

I used General Plumbing and Air Conditioning for service on my hot water tank and I could not be happier. Colin arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. He also performed a thorough check on all plumbing in my condo. I'm very happy I found this company. If you're looking for a great, reliable, and honest plumbing and AC company do not look any further!

In preparation for the upcoming cold front, I tested the heat and noticed it was not working properly. I contacted General Plumbing and Air Conditioning shortly after they opened this morning and they were able to send a Technician this afternoon. Michael L arrived on time and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Luckily the issue was very minor and was able to be corrected immediately. Prior to using General Plumbing and Air Conditioning I tried a few other AC companies which didn't work out. I decided to try General based on their reviews and I'm glad I did. From beginning to end General provides amazing customer service, they are very honest and I'm planning on purchasing their AC Maintenance Plan next year. I've also used them for plumbing services which was great as well. If you need AC and/or plumbing services do not hesitate to call General Plumbing and Air Conditioning. You won't regret it!
