General plumbing check and yearly maintenance regarding water heater.
PS: I have used this company for years.
Dispatch was prompt and polite. Jose arrived on time. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He evaluated the problem quickly and efficiently. Jose offered different repairs suggestions for the non-functioning shower faucet and which would offer the best cost saving. He worked quickly with a minimum of fuss. It should also be mentioned that in addition to the disposable booties to keep rug clean, he kept his covid-face mask on at all times. In the end the job was done promptly at a fair cost. Highly recomend this company.
After getting home from work my wife informed me that our water heater was not working. First thing in the morning I called General Plumbing based on the good reviews. I was told that my service tech would be at my home between the hours 1 pm and 4 pm and that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior his arrival. True to their word I received a phone call at 2pm and my service tech Jose arrived 30 minutes later. Jose was very polite and professional and within no time he was able to remove the stuck heating elements that I was not able to to remove. Shortly after my water heater was back in service. Wow, finally a company that actually did exactly what they said they would do and a technician that Was professional and wasted no time getting this job completed. Yes! I would definitely recommend General Plumbing and Air Conditioning

The team at General Plumbing and Air are great with super quick response. Colin the field tech was professional and friendly, he came out to clear some drainage lines for me and he let me know the cost upfront prior to starting the work. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed the job quickly an professionally and cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend using General Plumbing and Air Conditioning to anyone
Great customer service, the people I spoke on the phone with was very friendly. I think I spoke to two people, either Amy or Tracy but they were both great. Colin was the field personnel that came and fixed our leaking toilet, he was really cool and efficient. Overall everything was great, would definitely recommend.
