Mike and the crew were extremely professional and efficient. Mike came out once to ensure the system he was designing would fit and then was able to put together all the pieces and the plan. When him and the team arrived for the install they were right on time and got to work. They installed the entire system in only a few hours and verified everything was working before they left. They also followed all COVID safety recommendations and wore masks throughout the process. I cannot say enough how helpful they were and how they worked with us to get the system we wanted that made sense for our house and fit within our budget. I highly recommend General Plumbing and Air Conditioning.
Andrew did a great job installing our new water heater, kitchen faucet and repairing our shower! Very professional and cleaned up afterwards. We know have more hot water than we will ever need and a gorgeous faucet!! Thanks General Plumbing????????????

Office staff was friendly and appointment was easy to setup. My tech (Kenyell Wallace) was on-time and very friendly. He quickly figured out my issue with the toilet which turned out to be a valve inside the tank that was in the off position causing the toilet to make loud gurgling noises. He was honest.
