The technician was very respectful and he was very professional. He was able to locate the problem. After an hour or two, he noticed the coil unit water tray was clog and allowing water to overflow. He then was able to unclug, and that ended the problem. I asked the tech if the company gave military discounts. He contacted the office, and they said NO! That was disappointing. Not Military Friendly. The five stars are for the technician.
Zach showed up on time and got my air conditioning blowing cold again in no time. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you!
