Great service all around from dispatchers to technicians. Everyone was great
I don't usually do reviews but was so impressed by Mr Joey L., a plumber with this company, I had to do this one. Joey was at my home today, Monday June 26, 2023. He came to answer a plumbing call. He's very professional and does quality work. He cleans up after himself. I love him because he shows he cares. He care about the company he work for and he cares about the customers he makes contact with. I feel he is an asset to his company.
I don't feel that he would in no wise take advantage of anyone. He never said, and I never asked but, I believe he is a young man that loves God. Loving God, he loves people. I love his work ??
Joey was the second plumber I had out to fix my outdoor spigot issue. The first company couldn't do it and I couldn't turn the water to my house back on. Joey was able to fix it the same day and definitely knows what's he's doing. Thank you Joey and General Plumbing for saving the day.
That was pleasant and did an excellent job, and Amy on the telephone was also very nice to deal with.
Kenyell came out to fix our HOA pool shower and a toilet in our clubhouse, he was the most professional plumber who has come to our property. Thank you!!

My office had a sudden serious water leak discovered after hours. A friend referred me to General Plumbing. I explained to the compassionate dispatcher, I would need to close my dental practice until it was repaired. She sent "Colin D." He arrived quickly, repairing the leak with parts from his truck. Then, he cleaned the area!! The most knowledgeable and efficient plumbing company!!
Colin was prompt and did an awesome job with our plumbing emergency. I highly recommend!
