We had water coming through molding on Xmas Eve. Josh was out to our house in no time and diagnosed the problem correctly the first time. He tracked the water issue back to a faulty kitchen waste arm. His professionalism and expertise was 5 star from start to finish. We had to call on a Sunday when water started coming through the ceiling of our 92-year-old house. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem (wax ring under upstairs toilet) and fixed it. We had to pay more for an emergency after hours call, but the peace of mind was well worth it.
