Ran into an issue with a recently purchased home and needed to turn off the water coming into the home. Being new to the area I found General on line along with their positive reviews. Called them and they had someone out within a couple of hours and within 40 minutes problem resolved and water back on! Super service and great to deal with. The tech was professional and pleasant. I won't hesitate to call next time I run into an issue.
We have been using General Plumbing for many years and we're never disappointed. We recently renovated the Master Bathroom. Phil gave us great advice about picking fixtures (faucets, shower heads, etc) and did excellent work even when the unexpected happened (not surprising in an 18 year old house). The project came in on time and within the estimate! Customer service is excellent as well!
Really pleased with the service we received today. They were able to come out first thing this morning and were in and out in about 45 mins. It was our office bathroom so time was of the essence! Thank you again!
Phil was courteous and professional. His work was above and beyond other businesses usual practices of just enough to get by and get paid. He made sure the job was complete and thoroughly resolved.

Andrew communicated clearly what could happen and how he will address the plumbing problem. Andrew was thorough enough to correct the issue without going into the wall. We spoke of options with an old leaking sink. He returned to remove the faulty and install a combo cabinet and sink. A beautiful and clean job. Thank you, Andrew! You are gem.
General Plumbing may be more expensive than other companies but as the saying goes...you get what you pay for. Andrew was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and he let me know what he was doing every step of the way. In the office, Tracy was helpful and kind. I would use them again for any future plumbing needs.
