Can't say enough great things about this company! We had an ice machine in our garage we needed water to be piped to. Josh R. did a wonderful job piping in the water to the machine. He finish quickly and you can't even tell he was here-clean worker! Such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Josh!!! (Amy and Tracy, thank you for making it happen! I had a valve go bad on one of my sinks in my bathroom causing it to flood. I called General Pluming and AC. Tracy P and Amy S were very professional and courteous Customer Service reps. Andrew S. showed up when they said he would. He fixed the issue immediately and even checked my other sinks to ensure the valves were okay on them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Absolutely the best AC company I have ever dealt with. Amy and Tracy went above and beyond with their excellent customer service skills. Both were professional and personable. Actual work was performed by Lennie who was also amazingly knowledgeable as well as professional. Lennie not only did an excellent job installing a new unit for an 85 year old bedridden woman but also took the time to explain the process to her in the most patient manner possible. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing and AC needs.

My Absolute Personal "Abby Stamp of Approval"!!! I highly recommend General Plumbing and Air Conditioning on every level from the first call I made with Amy, and then later with Tracy, to the onsite visit and repairs made by Andrew. A solid Team! I am a single mother with kids and as with any area that I am not completely knowledgeable in, I want to go through extra careful background searches to assure I receive the best service that is in my best interest. Both Amy and Tracy were attentive to my sense of urgency and needs concerning both my AC and my Water Heater. They dispatched Andrew, who happens to have certifications in both AC and Plumbing, able to assess all my needs in one visit. Andrew clarified all options of repairs, to include the pros and cons of each, to help meet my budget. Tuns out, he was able to re-light my old water heater, and it turned out my AC air blower was able to be replaced under warranty. General Plumbing and Air Conditioning also maintains phenominal history. They had records of the AC unit back when my Uncle lived here in 2013! I highly recommend this team. They are now my GO TO Peace of Mind for my AC, Water Heater and any future Plumbing issues.
