Field agent Ken was great, knowledgeable, professional very friendly. Completed job in clean and efficient manner. Also took the time to explain the issue to me, and gave description of what was taking place.
My daughter's gas hot water tank was in it's last death throws so I called 3 plumbing companies and Amy from General called back within a hour. I explained the situation and also that we were in a time crunch and needed it replaced in the next 3 days. Ken arrived promptly at 9:00 the next morning, explained my options, and he was able to install a new tank that day. Jonathan came to help and both were very professional and did a very neat installation. I should also mention that Ken explained that part of the service contract provided an assessment of the house plumbing where they discovered the bathroom sink was clogged so they cleared. it. But wait, there is more. That evening we had an A/C problem and again, they were the first to respond. I forget the tech's name, but he also was able to get there quickly and got the problem repaired. I highly recommend General Plumbing and Air.

Incredibly knowledgeable and proficient. Professional and honest! Unbeknownst to us when purchasing the home 2 weeks ago, we learned from Damian after his very comprehensive evaluation of the plumbing that our water heater was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Damian was very thorough with explaining our options for replacement. Came back just two days later to install and see the job through! A very refreshing experience to deal with people of such honesty and integrity!
