Every technician who has helped improve our Bear Lakes Estate home since we arrived in late 2018 has been exceptionally professional, friendly and diligently efficient. They are all terrific and are there for us and our complete satisfaction. "Get it done now and get it done right" are their guiding principles. How totally refreshing!

Does great work never have a problem
We called them about pressure issues and they diagnosed it very quickly and for a fair price. 2nd time using them. Will use them again and recommend highly.
We had a bathroom issue that ended up being a clogged drain line and was able to remedy the situation quickly.
Called General Plumbing & AC to have them come take a look at a blockage we had in our toilet that we couldn't get ourselves. From the people we talked to on the phone, to the technician Damian it was a great experience. They listened to what we needed, set us up with a same-day appointment, and the technician Damian arrived well within the time window. Damian was very professional and did his best to deal with a blockage that was harder to get rid of than normal. He was very pleasant to talk to and answered all of our questions. 5/5 stars would recommend and use their services again.
