Matt S was great I had a clogged drain that I could not unclog my self I tried, and water was backing up into my garage. He came out and got it taken care of! I have worked with General Plumbing and Air Conditioning a few times now and each time they have been very professional and fixed what needed to be fixed. Their prices are good as well. Also the dispatchers that answer the phones are awesome , even the after hours answering service. Not a bad thing to say about this company!!
Very experienced wonderful
Amy was very responsive and accommodating. She had a plumber scheduled and at my house within an hour of first calling to repair a leaking backflow preventer. Josh, our plumber, called once he arrived and told me what was wrong and how he'd fix it. He went and got the parts and repaired the backflow. All in all, from the first phone call to Amy, to the last phone call from Josh, I think the process was less that 3 hours. Incredible service, incredible communication, and expert work. Thank you!
Josh is an incredible professional plumber who is an asset to General Plumbing. I only ask for Josh and only use Josh for all my plumbing needs.
