Wonderful service. We needed a smoke test and Andrew was efficient, the test was successful and helped find an exposed pipe that needed to be sealed. We paid a fair price, and the problem was resolved.

Working well, but looking to replace. I never had any problems with the water heater in 21 years.
The tech, Nick, was very respectful and gave me a quote which is too expensive
for me to on a retired income.

Communication with open dialogue was flawless through the entire process. Nick and Mike were my service technicians. Both men are leagues apart from your traditional plumbing techs. Respect, care and kindness was used to assess the issues at hand and a clear explanation of the repair process was given. Many of us are navigating life's journey and the bumps along the way, but I now have a company that is reliable, trustworthy and offers topnotch professional service for all my plumbing and air-conditioning needs. Kenyell came out and performed our annual maintenance on our hot water heater and plumbing. He was amazing and very professional!
Called in for service in the afternoon and got a tech out the next morning. Todd was fantastic, identified the cause of the leak in my bathtub faucet right away and even had the part to fix it right then. Highly recommend General Plumbing!
Very polite & efficient
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The technician who came out, Kenyell was intelligent, knowledgeable and on time. He had everything that was needed and also walked me through the issues I was having. Will deff call again when I have a plumbing issue.
